I began my yoga practice in the late 1990s.
In June 2017, I completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training (RYT 200) at Power Yoga.
I enjoy all types of yoga from Yin, to Ashtanga, to Power Flow!
I love sharing my passion of yoga with others. I believe that you can do anything when you have control of your breath. My classes focus on connecting the breath with movement.
It's not about the perfect posture, but feeling good about where you are on your mat and in your life. I encourage authenticity to create a fun and challenging class!
My class will help you develop strength and endurance by merging breath and movement.
We will challenge the mind, body, and soul.
When we move and breathe together, in unison , we create energy of positivity, love, and light that we can take with us off the mat and into our lives.
