Amanda's Pilates journey began at the young age of 17.
Due to her rigorous ballet regimen, she developed scoliosis brought on by severe muscular imbalances. Her doctor recommended Pilates and she has been practicing it ever since.
Amanda has been certified in Reformer since 2007 and obtained her full certification in 2010.
Amanda believes in the power of pilates.
Pilates has the power to make a good athlete great and the ability to help an elderly person walk up and down the stairs safely and easily; therefore, giving him/her the power of independence. Whether you are rehabilitating from injury, cross training for your sport, or simply want a fun and unique way to sweat, Pilates is for you!
